GOVERNANCE
Decisions concerning the funds' operations are made by the SGR's Board of Directors. The Board is fully responsible for any resolution or course of action adopted.
Relationships between Valore Reale and investors in the fund are governed by the regulations of the fund approved by the Bank of Italy.
Investors exercise control and supervision over the fund's operations principally through the Investors' Meeting and the Advisory Committee.

Le decisioni relative all'attività di gestione dei fondi sono adottate dagli organi amministrativi della SGR, in capo ai quali risiede la piena responsabilità di ogni atto o comportamento adottato.
I rapporti tra Valore Reale e i partecipanti al fondo sono disciplinati dal regolamento di gestione del fondo, sottoposto all'approvazione della Banca d'Italia.
Il controllo e la supervisione dei partecipanti sull'attività gestionale del fondo è esercitata principalmente attraverso l'assemblea dei partecipanti e l'Advisory Committee.
